The complete walkthrough
1. Start with the assignment
Open Assignments and select the intended property. Confirm the address, intended use, report type and due date before adding evidence.
Check: The assignment matches the engagement. Resolve conflicting instructions with the ordering party.
2. Gather your evidence
Record your observations, add photos and measurements, and capture the MLS pages you are permitted to retain. Keep subject and comparable sources separate.
Check: You can open the saved evidence and identify which property each source describes.
3. Review the draft
Read the populated fields beside their sources. Correct extracted facts, choose comparable sales and make your own adjustments.
Check: Missing or conflicting evidence is resolved or explicitly identified. A populated field is not proof that it is correct.
4. Approve the finished work
Review the checks, PDF and signature requirements. Finalize only the version you intend to deliver, then use an available delivery channel.
Check: The signed artifact is the intended version. Confirm recipient receipt separately from a queued or submitted status.
