Understanding the agent team
What the assistant "agents" do in ValueSwell, how the work is divided, and why a licensed appraiser stays in control.
ValueSwell describes its assistant features as a "team of agents." Each agent handles one slice of the busywork around an order so you can spend your time on judgment rather than data entry. This guide explains the idea at a high level.
Why split the work into agents
An appraisal assignment is really several jobs stitched together: gathering property data, organizing comparable sales, and drafting the report. Splitting those into separate, focused steps keeps each one easier to follow and easier to check.
The appraiser stays in control
The agents prepare and organize — they do not replace your professional judgment. A licensed appraiser reviews the work and is responsible for the final, signed report. Anything an agent produces is a draft for you to verify, adjust, and approve.
Following along
As you work an order you can see where it is in the workflow. Use that view to know what has been prepared for you and what still needs your attention before the report is ready.
