Start with your assignment
Open an appraisal to keep the property, saved evidence, and conversation in context. Ask the assistant what needs attention or where to find a saved fact. You can also use the workspace controls directly.
Five processes, one workspace
Research organizes sources and comparable candidates. Inspection brings together observations, photos, and your measured sketch. Report preparation turns supplied evidence into draft fields. Quality checks surface missing information and configured findings. Delivery tracks approved output and its delivery status.
These are connected responsibilities, not a rigid sequence. Research and inspection can overlap; quality checks repeat as the report changes.
Review proposed changes
Speak or type a factual correction, inspect the proposed before-and-after values, and accept it when it is accurate. Check the saved state before moving on. The assistant works from saved assignment context; it does not independently inspect the property or make professional valuation decisions.
The appraiser stays in control
You select comparables, make adjustments, determine value, review narratives, and approve the report. A prepared draft or completed automated check is not professional sign-off. Signing and delivery remain explicit actions.
Follow the workfile
Open the workfile for original evidence, source records, processing receipts, and accepted changes. Check what a download includes: a workfile index is different from the original files or a complete report package. Confirm the delivery receipt separately from the signed report.
