Pricing questions
- What counts as a completed report?
- A report that finalizes successfully. Drafts and edits are never charged, and finalizing the same report again is never billed twice.
- Are the 10 free reports per month?
- No. They’re a one-time allowance that never expires. Use them in a week or over a year; report 11 is the first one billed.
- When does Pro make sense?
- At about 20 reports a month. $99 covers 30 reports, and each one after is $4 instead of $5.
- Do you meter tokens or AI credits?
- No. One completed report is one flat price: $5, or $4 on Pro past your 30 included.
- How do marketplace orders work?
- On marketplace orders, ValueSwell keeps 12% of the order fee and pays you the rest. That’s separate from report pricing.
- Are the converter and Second Look included?
- They’re priced separately. The converter has its own free conversions and plans; Second Look is paid per report.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Pay as you go has no commitment: stop finalizing reports and billing stops. Pro cancels at the end of the billing cycle.
