Do I need cell service?
No. The app records fully offline and syncs when you have WiFi or cellular coverage.
How long is a typical walkthrough?
15 minutes for a standard residential property. Complex or large homes may take 25-30 minutes.
Does it work with my existing MLS?
Yes. Configure your MLS credentials during onboarding and Scout pulls comps automatically.
Can I review the draft on my phone?
Yes. The full draft is viewable on mobile. Most appraisers review and sign on desktop for convenience.
What about battery life?
A 30-minute walkthrough uses about 10% battery on modern phones. We optimize video encoding for efficiency.
Is LiDAR supported?
Not yet. Floor plan dimensions are extracted from your narration and Claude Vision. LiDAR support is planned.
