Do I need cell service?
Not to capture. Voice notes, photos and the sketch save on the phone and upload when you reconnect. MLS sign-in and drafting need a connection.
Does it work with my MLS?
Yes. You sign in to your own MLS in the app’s capture browser, open the listing and capture it. Your credentials stay in that browser.
Can I review the draft on my phone?
Yes. The full draft opens on mobile. Most appraisers review and sign at the desk, where the same assignment is waiting.
When is it in the App Store and Google Play?
Store release is coming soon. Start on the web today; your account and reports carry over to the app.
