Do I need cell service?
No. The app records fully offline and syncs when you have WiFi or cellular coverage.
How long is a typical walkthrough?
15 minutes for a standard residential property. Complex or large homes may take 25-30 minutes.
How do floor plans work?
Two ways: snap a photo of your hand sketch and Drafter digitizes it, or narrate the layout room-by-room and Drafter draws it from your words. Either way you get an ANSI-aligned plan with dimensions and GLA — no more Sunday nights in a sketching tool.
Does it work with my existing MLS?
Yes. Configure your MLS credentials during onboarding and Scout pulls comps automatically.
Can I review the draft on my phone?
Yes. The full draft is viewable on mobile. Most appraisers review and sign on desktop for convenience.
What about battery life?
