- 1Download the ZIP and unzip it into a folder you’ll keep.
- 2Open chrome://extensions and turn on Developer mode.
- 3Click Load unpacked and choose the folder with manifest.json.

Which MLS systems does it work with?
The listing pages you open in desktop Chrome. You sign in and browse as you always do, and the extension captures the tab you choose. Your MLS’s own access and retention rules still apply.
Does it capture the whole page?
It saves the loaded page HTML and a screenshot of the visible area. Embedded frames, canvas content, attachments and off-screen images may need their own capture.
What does the hash prove?
That the saved bytes haven’t changed since capture. It doesn’t vouch for who authored the listing, so extracted facts stay drafts until you review them.
Can I use it on my phone?
Chrome extensions run on desktop. On site, the mobile app has its own capture browser for the same job.
