ValueSwell Appraisals · Chrome extension
Your listing. Your browser. One capture file.
Open the listing in your own MLS session. Source Capture pairs the loaded page with a screenshot of the visible area, so you can file them together and review the extracted facts.

What is retained
The file contains the listing address, page title, device-reported capture time, filtered main-page HTML, a visible-area PNG screenshot and integrity hashes. Executable scripts and common form credential fields are removed from the HTML. Captures can still contain confidential listing information; review and store them accordingly.
The extension does not request MLS passwords, read browser cookies, navigate listings automatically or transmit captures. It uses temporary access to the tab you choose and saves a local file. Importing the file into ValueSwell uploads it to your authenticated assignment workfile under our privacy policy.
Capture limits
This is not a full-page screenshot or a certification of MLS accuracy. Embedded frame HTML, canvas content, lazy-loaded details, attachments and off-screen images may require separate captures. Page-change checks cannot freeze video or animation. Integrity hashes detect changed bytes; they do not prove who authored the source. Extracted facts remain drafts until the appraiser reviews them.
Chrome extensions run on desktop. The mobile app uses its own source-capture browser. Every MLS’s access and retention rules still apply.
