Sign in yourself
Open your MLS in your own browser or the mobile MLS WebView. Complete the MLS sign-in and any multifactor prompts yourself.
Verify before continuing
You can see the intended listing. If the MLS does not support the embedded browser, use its supported browser and the desktop capture path.

1. Sign in yourself
Open your MLS in your own browser or the mobile MLS WebView. Complete the MLS sign-in and any multifactor prompts yourself.

2. Load the property details
Navigate to the listing view you need. Expand relevant sections and let images and text load. Review what is visible before capturing.
Check: The address and listing identity are correct. Details in frames, separate tabs or unloaded panels may need their own capture.
3. Capture and import
Use the desktop extension to save the capture file, then import it into the intended assignment. On mobile, use the capture action and wait for the save result.
Check: Open the retained screenshot and page evidence. Do not navigate away while capture is in progress.
4. Confirm the extracted facts
Mark the source as subject or comparable as appropriate. Compare extracted facts with the screenshot and correct anything missing or misread.
Check: Only facts you have reviewed are accepted. The original captured evidence remains distinguishable from your corrections.
