Set up your MLS
Tell ValueSwell which MLSs you belong to and verify subjects through your own MLS login — no passwords stored, nothing to authorize.
ValueSwell never asks for your MLS password and there is nothing to authorize. You simply declare which MLSs you belong to, and on each order you open the MLS in your own browser — signed in as yourself — to verify the subject and capture what you see into the workfile.
Add the MLSs you belong to
Open Settings → MLS and search by name, city, or state — every US MLS is in the catalog. Add as many as you belong to. If yours is missing, add it by name; you are never blocked because an MLS is not in our directory yet.
Verifying a subject
When an order needs MLS verification, ValueSwell opens the right MLS for the subject based on your memberships — on mobile, in your own browser session; on the review page, in the verify-at-source panel. Access is always governed by your MLS membership and that MLS’s rules about how its data may be used. Report fields fill from public records; the MLS stays your first-party source of truth.
