Set up your MLS
Save permitted MLS evidence in your workfile and review each extracted fact against its source.

Choose a source you are allowed to use
Add your MLS membership in Settings → MLS. Sign in directly with your MLS in your browser. Membership alone does not establish permission to copy or retain every listing; check your agreement and the MLS rules for the intended use.
Capture the page you reviewed
Open the subject or comparable details and let the page finish loading. The Chrome Source Capture developer preview saves the loaded main page HTML and a screenshot of the visible viewport together in a .valueswell file. Review the preview before saving. Additional tabs, embedded frames and off-screen details may need separate evidence.
Import and file the evidence
In the assignment source panel, choose Import extension capture and select the saved file. Check the subject/comparable role and source URL, then file the capture. Wait for the workfile success message. Keep the local capture until the uploaded record is confirmed. The desktop Chrome extension does not run inside the iOS app.
Confirm the facts
Open the retained source and compare each proposed field with the listing. Resolve conflicting addresses, dates, areas and sale details yourself. Importing evidence does not mark extracted facts verified. When extraction cannot read a page, the retained screenshot and HTML still support manual review; do not substitute an unverified value.
