Complete your first inspection

Your first inspection is the part of the workflow that happens away from your desk. This guide walks through it end to end so you know what to do before you leave, while you are on the property, and once you are back.

Open the assignment in the mobile app and review what the order is asking for — the property, the form, and any specific items to document. Do this while you still have a signal so the assignment is downloaded to your device and ready to work offline.

Work through the property in a consistent order, capturing photos and notes as you go rather than saving everything for the end. Do not worry about formatting in the moment — the goal on site is to capture complete, well-organized observations while the property is in front of you.

Before you drive off, take a couple of minutes to review what you captured while it is still fresh — that is the cheapest time to catch a missing photo or an unclear note. When you are back in range, let the assignment sync, and the rest of the workflow picks up from there.
