The complete walkthrough
1. Check the organization
Confirm the organization shown in your workspace and review your existing role. Ask your organization administrator to resolve incorrect access before using an order.
Check: Your account belongs to the intended organization and has the appropriate role.
2. Confirm access
Sign in with your own account and open an order you are authorized to access. If access is missing, contact your administrator or support. Appraiser firm invitations are not covered by this guide.
Check: The expected workspace and authorized order are accessible to your account.
3. Choose message visibility
Open the correct order and choose the available audience deliberately. Keep internal notes separate from lender or appraiser correspondence.
Check: Verify the audience before sending. A notification is an alert to review the order, not proof that everyone read it.
