Check preferences
Review your notification choices and email address. On your phone, allow notifications if you want push alerts. Check the operating system’s notification settings too.

1. Check preferences
Review your notification choices and email address. On your phone, allow notifications if you want push alerts. Check the operating system’s notification settings too.
Check: Account preferences and device permissions both allow the channel you expect.
2. Check the in-app record
Open the notification area and the related order. If a device alert or email is delayed, use the order’s current state as your working reference.
Check: An absent push or email does not mean that no order update occurred.
3. Report a missing alert
Check spam and device focus settings, then contact support with the channel, approximate time and order reference. Do not include passwords or MLS credentials.
Check: Support has enough context to investigate. Do not repeatedly resubmit the business action to force another alert.
