Working offline in the field

Field work does not wait for a good signal. The mobile app is built offline-first, so you can capture a full inspection with no connection and let it catch up later.

Photos and notes are stored on your device the moment you capture them, whether or not you have a connection. You are never depending on the network to hold on to your work.

When a connection returns, your captures upload on their own. Keep an eye on the sync indicator so you know everything has made it up before you consider the visit closed.

Open the assignment while you still have signal so it is downloaded to your device. That is the one step that needs a connection — everything on the property can happen offline.
