Room-by-room inspection workflows
A consistent room-by-room approach keeps an interior inspection complete and easy to reconstruct later.
Working room by room turns an inspection from a scramble into a routine. The point is to capture each space fully before moving on, so nothing gets missed and the visit is easy to reconstruct afterward.
Work in a consistent order
Pick a path through the property and use it every time. A predictable route is the simplest defense against skipping a room, and it makes your captured notes line up the same way from one assignment to the next.
Finish each room before moving on
Capture the photos and notes for a room while you are standing in it, then move on. Going back to fill in a half-documented room is where time and accuracy both leak.
Do a completeness check
Before you leave, confirm every area the assignment calls for is covered. A quick pass now prevents a return trip later.
