Voice capture lets you describe what you see as you see it, instead of stopping to type. This guide covers how to get a clean, usable result from it.

Narrate condition, materials, and context while you walk, so your hands and eyes stay on the property. Because speaking is faster than typing, you can describe what you observe in full rather than shorthand — which is exactly the detail that helps later when you write the report.

Say where you are as you move through the property so your observations stay grouped by room and map cleanly onto the report. Treat the captured text as a draft of your own notes: review it while the visit is fresh and correct anything that did not come through the way you meant.

Voice is a convenience, not a requirement. If it is unavailable on your device, you can type into the same notes — nothing about the rest of the workflow changes.
