Check current terms
Use the pricing page for current plans and your billing settings for the plan attached to your account. Review included usage, any additional charges and the effective date of a change before confirming it.
Understand completed-report usage
Draft work and completed reports are different billing states. Report usage is recorded at finalization, with the assignment used to prevent duplicate usage for a repeat finalization. Review your account usage before treating a failed export or retry as another report.
Resolve a billing discrepancy
Compare the assignment with your usage history and invoice. Give support the assignment reference and charge date if they disagree. Marketplace payouts and subscription charges are separate; check the appropriate Stripe or billing screen for each.
