Many clients and submission portals expect an appraisal as MISMO XML — a standardized, machine-readable format — not just a PDF. ValueSwell produces that XML for you.

The XML is built from the same underlying report data as the document you review, so the two stay in agreement. You are not maintaining a separate file by hand; correct the data and both outputs reflect it.

The XML is what travels to lenders, AMCs, and the GSE or agency portals that require it. The report is checked against requirements before it goes out, so format problems are caught before submission rather than after a rejection.
