Your signature and stamp
Upload your signature and seal once, and understand how they are applied to a finished report.

Your signature and, where your state requires it, your seal are stored once in settings and applied when you finalize. You are not re-uploading an image for every assignment.
Adding them
Go to Settings → Signature and upload a clear image of each. They are stored privately and are only ever used to sign your own reports.
How they are applied
When you finalize, your signature and seal are placed in the signature block on the certification page of the form, along with your name, licence and the signature date. The form determines where that block sits, so the placement follows the published layout rather than a fixed position on the page.
What signing means
Signing is your attestation, not a formatting step. Finalizing produces the signed report and records a tamper-detection hash against it, so the file you delivered can later be shown to be the file you signed.
