Deleting your account

You can delete your account from Settings, or from the Account tab in the mobile app. It is irreversible, so it asks you to confirm deliberately.

Your personal details, your licence records, any portal credentials you stored, your E&O document, and your signature and seal images are deleted. Your MLS memberships are removed. If you had a public booking page, it is taken down and any open appointment slots are cancelled, so nobody can book you after you have gone.

Delivered reports and their workfiles are kept. That is not us holding on to your data — USPAP requires the workfile for an appraisal to be retained, and a delivered report is also the client’s record of a completed transaction. Your name remains on reports you signed, because a signed appraisal cannot be un-signed.

Download anything you want your own copy of first, and settle any outstanding payout, since a deleted account cannot be paid. If you only want to stop being billed, cancelling your subscription does that without deleting anything.
